5.0From the moment we picked up the camper, the host and her husband were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They patiently answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend trip to Valdez. Since we don’t own a camper, we weren’t very familiar with how everything works, but they took the time to explain everything clearly. The camper itself was perfect—very spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. It easily accommodates a family of four, with extra room for one or two more if needed. We highly recommend this camper for your next adventure and will definitely be renting it again for ours. Thank you both so much—we truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality!

4.0Our hosts, Jennifer and Mark, are great people, were easy to work with and very accommodating. The travel trailer towed easily and was simple to set up at the campgrounds. The drain hose was a bit short so positioning the trailer had to be pretty precise. Adding a drain hose support to elevate it off the ground would be a nice, inexpensive addition. The trailer was cozy for two people, a bit smaller than we were used to, but had all the amenities we needed for our fishing trip. The main issue we encountered was the roof leaked right over the top of the master bed during two days of heavy rain in Valdez. We caught the water in a plastic container to protect the mattress, but my wife ended up using one of the bunks to sleep in. Thank you.

Jennifer and her husband were extremely thorough during pickup and walkthrough, leaving no question unanswered and making sure we felt fully prepared before heading out. The camper was clean, comfortable, and had so many thoughtful touches throughout. The extra snacks and water bottles were such a sweet surprise and very appreciated after traveling. One of our favorite features was the storage underneath the queen-size bed. Our camp location was pretty dusty, so having a clean, protected space to store our belongings made a huge difference. You can truly tell how much thought and care they put into the entire experience. We really appreciated the lengths they went to in order to make everything easy and stress free for us. We would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great camper rental experience!
