Popular bunkhouse model that is perfect for a family with kids. Master bedroom with upgraded queen mattress, his and hers closets, drawers, overhead storage, nightstand cubbies and overhead lights as well as a tv that can be moved outside. Bunk beds are larger than a twin over twin and feature privacy curtains and USB ports for charging the phones or iPads. Dinette folds down for another child sleeping location. 2 Theater seating chairs with recline, heat, and massage are perfect for those cold or rainy movie days and nights. Kitchen features large gas/electric fridge/freeze that will stay cold running down the road, a 3 burner gas cooktop and stove, a microwave and deep oversize kitchen sink. Bathroom features a porcelain toilet, upgraded faucet, and a shower with moveable hand nozzle and deep walk in tray that’s great for infant/toddler bathing. Outside is equipped with a large pass through at the front, outlet and tv mount (for the master br tv), outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen with a blackstone griddle, a 120v mini fridge, and a gas camp stove. This model has an abundance of cabinets and storage cubbies that are almost entirely accessible with the slide in. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

Reasonable accommodations can be made to meet in the Liberty/Excelsior Springs area on pick up and drop off days at no charge. Camper is usually available to pick up as early as 7 am and can be returned as late as 7pm depending on notice and our schedule.

Blackstone griddle, 4 camp chairs, camp mat, camp table, coffee maker, ice maker, tv in living room, tv in master BR that can quickly be moved to the camp side wall.

What are your recommendations on tow vehicle?

R.

We recommend a 3/4 ton truck or higher for long road trips. Shorter towing can be done with a vehicle with a payload of at least 1600lbs on the door sticker. The camper comes with a rear view camera system, a tire pressure monitoring system, and a weight distribution hitch. Typical tongue weight is about 900 lbs loaded.

What is the standard delivery set up?

R.

Standard delivery set up includes parking camper and leveling and filling fresh water tanks. For the full set up fee we will put the stabilizer jacks down, slide out, appliances (coffee maker, ice maker, tv in bedroom or camp side wall), set up camp chairs, mat, blackstone griddle, and table. With the full set up fee we will also tear everything back down and empty the tanks as long as it is at a location with a dump station.

We bought this camper when Covid started and we have made many family memories with it! We set up a pack and play for the youngest and the older girls have their own bunk (although many nights they share the top bunk by choice!)
