This like new 2015 Forest River Cascade 17BH has a sleeper sofa and a booth dinette in the living area. The kitchen has a double bowl sink, a 3 burner stovetop with an oven, a microwave and a 2 door refrigerator. At the rear is a bathroom with a tub shower. Next to the bathroom is a single bunk above a double. Outside you will find an awning, a power tongue jack, outdoor speakers, a dropdown storage rack, a spare tire, exterior kitchen and storage compartments.
It has never been smoked in.
I don't have a generator. The air conditioning and microwave will work if you connect to the electrics.

If the trailer is not returned within the 9-6 time period, depending on circumstances there may be a late charge of $20/hour due to turn around time of cleaning/prep for the next rental. Though we are flexible with our Pick-Up/ Return Times, we would appreciate renter's approximate expected timelines.
