Embark on an unforgettable adventure in our Cougar trailer! This luxurious camper comfortably sleeps up to 6 with a King bed in the master, a convertible couch and dining table. -Outdoor grill and refrigeratorAutres points à signaler-If using the awning, you may not ever leave it unattended. If damage occurs, you will be held responsible.
-No feminine products in the sewage, any blockages occurring that contain ANY material other than waste and camper toilet paper will be charged a minimum $250 fee
-pick up and return times are flexible, depending upon availability of the camper
- Be prepared to spend 20-30 minutes upon both pick up and drop off to go over the unit and inspect the unit when dropped off.
-Smoking in our unit will result in a $500 fee
-Evidence of pets in our unit will result in a $250 fee
-Excessive cleaning fee is $500; basic cleaning is already charged in the rental but if you leave a mess, you will be charged.

The water system did not work. Hot showers and flush-toilets are 50% of the reason people use campers. Also, the generator didn’t have the correct 240v connection to enable the use of the outlets, fans, or air conditioning. Also, the bathroom 12v fan did not work. Imagine having a toilet that I had to flush by pouring in water and no way to ventilate the space. Unacceptable. Am pursuing a refund.

Andrew text us at 9:01pm via the Outdoorsy app, I replied at 9:07pm and asked him to call my husband to troubleshoot the issue of the water. He didn't respond, and we didn't hear back from him until 2 days later when he returned the unit. He then told us that he had trouble with the generator; we realized that he had been given the incorrect adaptor and refunded his money for the generator and fuel he bought. However, had he called us, we would have been able to troubleshoot both issues and resolve them, but he didn't reply to us or let us know there were any issues until he returned the camper to us.

Killer trip! Very nice RV and Owners. They delivered and set it up for us and everything worked great. Nice, new, clean, and comfortable for our camping trip!
