A change for us this year is that we are limiting the distance the RV will travel during a rental. We are limiting the RV to traveling a maximum of a 500-mile radius from our home in Esko, MN.We are located just a few minutes from Jay Cooke State Park, a KOA and just three miles off Interstate 35 to Duluth and the North Shore.Whether you are traveling locally or a few hundred miles away, you and your family can enjoy this coach with sleeping space provided on the queen bed in the rear corner, on the cab-over bunk, and the Dream dinette offers more space (sleeps up to 6)! You even have your own full bathroom to stay clean and refreshed, plus a microwave and three-burner gas cooktop to make warm meals and a flip-up countertop extension for more prep space. The power awning provides an outdoor living area protected from the elements.Enjoy renting a Magnitude GA Class C gas motorhome by Thor Motor Coach that is built on a Ford 350 E-Series chassis giving you comfort, convenience and a place to make memories that will last a lifestyle.This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper. We do not allow cats (owner has bad allergies).We welcome small dogs but please no cats (the owner has allergies to cats).On return, we require:
- Gas tank to be returned full which is how you will receive the RV.
- Grey and black water tanks should be completely flushed according to the provided video tutorial ($100 septic fee added if not flushed upon return).There is a 2 night minimum stay with our RV.We would be interested in long term rental over the winter months. Contact us if interested.Ce qui est inclusFresh bedding and kitchen/bathroom hand towels. Two camping chairs also available.Fully Furnished! For cooking, our kitchen is furnished with cookware, knives, tools/gadgets, dishes+utensils (4 sets & few extras), and dish towels.We supply paper towel and toilet paper.To help you keep the space clean, we'll have some basic cleaning supplies--broom, dust pan, rag and multi-surface cleaner.There is a first aid kit above the kitchen sink.
RecommandationsWe are located just a few miles from Jay Cooke State Park and just minutes away from Duluth, MN which leads to the amazing North Shore of Lake Superior. Electrical hookups available at the DECC/Amsoil Arena which could make for a fun weekend in Duluth (Grandma's marathon, Inline Marathon, etc).

This was our very first time renting and driving an RV. Brian and the RV were both fantastic. He walked us through what we needed to know and was very responsive when we had a question during our trip. And the RV was easy to drive and everything worked great. And the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely rent this RV again from Brian.

With our location to Duluth, MN, we love the North Shore and Lake Superior.
