We love our home away from home and life just gets in way and we cannot enjoy it as much as we wish we could so we thought we would allow others to make some great memories in it just like we have. Our Motor home is the perfect size, 31ft! Easy to drive with an automatic transmission, V10 motor and all new tires. It meets the size restrictions that comes with many camping sites. Has an RV GPS system to make sure you do not get lost. It has 1 super slide which makes it feel very roomy inside. It sleeps 8 people and comes with bedding for 2 beds. We have made sure that the two main beds are extra comfy with feather beds and down comforters with them. You will be sleeping on a cloud! The motor home comes fully stocks and still plenty of room for your stuff too. Lots of storage inside and out. We do not charge extra to us all our fun stuff! Electric awning so you will not have to try to figure out how it works but can enjoy the shade with a push of a button. We want you to make memories and spend time with each other so there is no tv but there is different fun games you can play inside and out. We hope you have as much fun as we do!Details

We would want you to treat this like this is your own but we do have some rules. When you pickup the motor home, we will go over how to use everything. Please allow about an hour if not more for this. Please no smoking of any kind in the RV. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana and vaping. If the RV is returned and it smells of any kind of smoke, you will loose your security deposit. No climbing on the roof at any time. Pets must be pre-approved. If your pet is approved, an additional fee will be added. This can be found under add-ons. If something is broken or not working correctly, please inform us as soon as possible. Before you return it please sweep and quick mop it out, wipe down all hard surfaces (counter-tops, bathroom and table), empty fridge, take out trash and gather all sheets and bedding that were used. Additional fees might be accrued if the RV is returned extra dirty inside and out. Please return with as much gas as was originally taken with and all waste water tanks dumped. If it comes back and these things have not been completed, additional charges might accrue. If you decided you do not want to put gas in it or dump the tanks, we can do it for you for an additional fee. You can find the in add-ons. No trips out of the US, at any time. If this rule is not followed, your security deposit will be kept. No driving while intoxicated of any means. This would included anything that would impair your driving. Thank you for taking care of our home away form home. We hope you have a great time and enjoy some time camping!
