5.0We had a wonderful experience renting from Cody! From the very beginning, he was an amazing communicator and incredibly helpful throughout our entire trip. He delivered the camper all the way up the mountain, set everything up for us, and picked it up on the day we left, which made the whole experience so easy and convenient. We did have some trouble with the refrigerator staying on, which was a little stressful at first because of concerns about our food spoiling. However, we were at a very high altitude and dealing with cooler and windy weather, so it may have simply been the conditions. What really stood out was Cody’s responsiveness. Every time we messaged him about the refrigerator, he responded and did everything he could to help. Despite that little hiccup, we had a fantastic trip. The camper was clean, comfortable, warm, and provided a wonderful place to stay and get out of the bad weather. And the generator performed flawlessly. It truly made our trip much more enjoyable. Cody was wonderful to work with, and we would absolutely rent from him again. Five stars all the way.
