5Super simple process, Renee was quick with responses to all enquirers, delivery was painless - they blocked and levelled the trailer, plus made all connections…….same with pickup. Great product, clean, maintained, and in great condition. Highly recommend.

5Great experience! Renee was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. The trailer was very nice and well equipped, and the bed was quite comfortable. Only a couple very minor issues, such as the blinds valance kept falling off (master and top bunk) and the fridge shelves weren't cleaned. We were not able to be there during delivery, and it was set up with the hook-up/sewer on the door side, near the outdoor kitchen. Not an ideal set up, as there wasn't much room left alongside the trailer, and the smell wasn't great when emptying the tanks. Perhaps the trailer could have been turned around as to have the hook-up/sewer on the pull-out side instead. That said, we really enjoyed the trailer, and dealing with UMi was great! Thanks!!
