4.0Overall it was really easy to book and use the service. Brandon, our host was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if needed when we had a little hiccup with the adapter for our generator. We were first time users of a travel trailer and so we had a few more questions than the average person and Brandon was always willing to help and quick to respond. It would have been 5 stars but the batteries on the rv would not hold a charge and the mattress on the queen bed was really flat and thin. We ended up using a mattress from our sons room. Will definitely use the service again.

We did the drop off/set-up + pick up/set-down option and Brandon was very responsive with our calls and texts. The RV was clean and functional, just what we needed. The extras like the lawn chairs and the outside mat made packing very light for us. I will most definitely rent again with him!
