We stock our RV with all the home essentials that you'll possibly need, and it's included in your rental:
- Cookware, utensils, dishes/bowels, cups and silverware for up to 6 people
- Coffee maker with coffee bean.
- Dish detergent & sponge, disposable gloves, and trash bags.
- Toilet paper
- Paper towel
-Aluminum Foil, food wrap
- Wine opener, can opener, peeler
-Salt and pepper
-cutting knives and boards
-dish rack and drying mat
-4 pairs of slippers for indoor use only
-shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, Q-tips, cotton, flosser
-one full size mattress topper, one twin size mattress topper
-Windshield snow cover
-Star war instant pot
-Air fryer
-Hair dryer
-Plenty of trays for storage
- One 40" TV and one 32" TV
- first aid kit
**Our RV is a dog friendly RV** with $50 additional cleaning fee a dog.
During USE:
-NO Smoking (Min $500 charge for smoke/vape damage)
-No roof access or towingUpon Return:
- Fuel tank (unleaded): $100 re-fill charge + cost of unleaded fuel
- Propane: $10 re-fill charge + cost of propane
- Generator: 4hr allowance/night + $5/hr for overage time
- Grey/Black tanks: emptied by Owner for minimal $100 fee
- Excessive cleaning fee: based on condition and any excessive cleaning required
- Any tire damage or objects in tires - $250 per damaged tire
- Return all keys in good condition
- Responsible for any damages not covered by Renters Insurance
