This is a 2108 Sportsman 312 trailer, Two slide outs a master bedroom, kitchen with couch seating and has a bedroom in the back for an office or for sleep 3 to 5 kids It also has a rear table for kids to eat at or for and office to work in. Two smart Tv's one inside and one outside mounted. Outdoor grill and kitchen. Two refrigerators one inside and one outside. AC, Skylights, Outdoor shade. Very nice and well taken care of and clean.
Water heater, refrigerator, new battery, queen bed with table that makes into bed.
Tv, microwave, fully self contained.
Under storage with BBQ, misc camping gear, chairs, both fresh water hookups and tank water.
