Standard pickup and drop off times are between 11am-4pm. Please coordinate with us directly at the time of reservation.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensiles, can/bottle/wine opener, knives, cutting board, cooking pans and pots, mugs, glasses, basic spices, coffee maker. Theres a grill included when you want to cook outside. Folding table and 4 camping chairs are also included.
The bed/bath comes fully with linens, and toilet paper. Be sure to bring your own pillows and blankets.
We charge $150 for a full sanitation and cleaning and restocking before every trip that will be deducted from your securtity deposit. $100 charge if black and grey tanks aren't emptied before your return.
Generator 4 hour per day included, additional $4 per hour.
Mileage 100 miles per day included, additional .40/mile

Vann is easy to work with, professional, and provides good communication. He was understanding about a lost hubcap and flexible with return times, even gifting donuts. However, one booking was canceled by the host.

5.0Easy RV pickup and good communication. RV was clean, well stocked and ran great. We somehow managed to lose a hubcap on our journey (lots of bumpy poorly paved roads) but Vann was understanding and only charged me the replacement fee.
