Tomas is noted for being friendly, approachable, and helpful with delivery and setup for some. However, other guests reported lateness, unaddressed concerns, lack of instructions on critical functions, and even cancellations.

The Starcraft Autumn Ridge is generally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with AC, heat, oven, microwave, and an outside fridge. While some amenities like chairs and mats are provided, one guest found drawers and cabinets filthy inside.

5.0Thomas's RV was clean and in great shape. We actually rented it twice this summer - once with 3 adults, 1 child and the second time with 4 adults and 2 children. Lots of space and comfort each time. Heating, AC, oven, microwave all worked great. Comes with a couple of lounge chairs and an outdoor mat. Bring your own dishes and anything you need for cooking as there are only a few mugs and utensils provided. The outside fridge is a nice bonus - we used it as an overflow from the indoor one. Thomas was friendly and approachable. We had an issue with the water during the first rental and Thomas resolved it in a way that made us want to book his RV again. It's obvious that we'd book this RV again as we already did!

1.0The operator messaged me I could pick up at 3:00PM after charging over $400 in delivery, was then late and the unit was clean to the look while drawers and cabinets were filthy inside. We had to clean the unit ourselves, he filled the water instead of connecting it to city, didn’t show us how to drain grey or black tanks and kept stating the app was wrong, not him, and never replied to a single comment or concern even after asking us to pick up our delivery only trailer. Did not show us how to hear the water either. For charging and receiving such a large delivery feee, almost double what others charged we were incredibly disappointed. He didn’t set up a ground mat or chair or anything and did not show us how to use heat, the stove or anything. Thankfully we had seasoned campers staying near us so they handled all our issues, and showed us how to operate the trailer. Do not recommend at all.
