• RV Rental House Rules No smoking, vaping, or open flames of any kind inside the trailer, at any time. No pets without prior written approval; approved pets require an additional cleaning fee. No festivals, large gatherings, or events (music festivals, large tailgates, etc.). No parties or gatherings beyond the number of registered renters/guests. Trailer may only be used at licensed campgrounds, RV parks, or legal camping sites - no off-grid boondocking without prior approval. Renter must have a tow vehicle meeting the listed requirements (5,000+ lb tow rating, 2" receiver, 7-prong connection, electric brake controller). No off-roading or towing on unpaved/undeveloped roads. Black and gray tanks must be emptied at a dump station before return; no dumping tanks except at designated facilities. No unauthorized modifications, drilling, or decals on the trailer. Return the trailer in the same condition as received - normal wear excepted. Excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items will be charged from the deposit. No illegal substances permitted in or around the trailer. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests, no exceptions. Awning must be retracted during travel, high winds, and overnight. Renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, or violations incurred during the rental period. Any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues must be reported to the owner immediately. Failure to comply with these rules may result in trip cancellation without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
