Thorough, accommodating at pickup

Devin provides detailed walkthroughs, answers questions, and is helpful at pickup. However, guests reported a host cancellation one day prior and unexpected charges for extended use not discussed upfront.

Very easy to drive

Guests found it spacious, pristine, and clean, with comfortable seats and large screens/amenities. Some tall passengers found the front crowded, and the rear televisions had functional issues with a missing remote.

The suped-up van was fantastic for my family vacation! We loved the comfortable seats and huge screens. All the kids (four under 9yo) enjoyed the ride! Devin was an excellent host. We would recommend he and his van to any family taking a long road trip!

Devin is the real deal. You can tell he really cares about his business and it shows in the quality of his vehicles and offerings. I will most definitely use Executive Care Transportation in the future.
