✅The "Do’s" (To Keep Things Running Smoothly) DO Use RV-Safe Toilet Paper: We provide a starter pack. Only use RV-specific paper to prevent major clogs in the black tank. DO Keep the Awning In: If you leave the campsite or if winds exceed 15 mph, please retract the awning. Colorado winds can catch them quickly and cause thousands in damage. DO Lock Up: Always lock the deadbolt and windows when you are away from the camper or sleeping. 🚫 The "Don'ts" (The Deal-Breakers) NO Smoking or Vaping: We have a strict No Smoking policy. Any hint of smoke (tobacco, cannabis, or vape) will result in a total forfeiture of the cleaning deposit for professional ozone treatment. NO Rooftop Access: For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to climb on the roof of the camper. NO Flushing "Flushables": No wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. If it’s not RV toilet paper, it doesn’t go in the tank. NO Unattended Pets: See the pet section below for details. 🐾 Paws & Claws Policy (Pet Rules) We love pets and want them to enjoy the trip too! To keep our campers clean for everyone, we ask the following: Never Leave Pets Unattended: Pets should never be left alone in the camper unless they are secured in a crate and the AC/Heat is running. Keep Off the Furniture: Please bring a pet bed Clean Up the Yard: Please pick up all pet waste at your campsite immediately. Paws First: Please wipe muddy paws at the door. Report "Accidents": If an accident happens, please clean it immediately with an enzyme cleaner and let us know so we can ensure it's treated properly upon return.
