Sleeps 8, but sleeps 8 comfortably, with room to spare. Has comfortable queen bed in rear for Mom & Dad, pullout sofa and king size bed over the cab and U shaped dinette that drops to create a large bed as well. Lots of outside storage. Easy TO Drive!!!! No special drivers license required. Need to attach a car seat? There are anchors for up to 3 seats.New Onan Generator(2017), air conditioning, furnace, propane system, hot water tank (2018), 3 burner stove, oven and bathroom with shower. Backup camera and electric awning!!! Hi, I'm Tom. I have been renting motorhomes since 2012 and have fallen in love with it. Currently we have a 2017 Thor Ace 30.1 and a 2013 Coachmen Freelander I rent out. I also love getting away with my family to explore our country. We hope you will love our motorhomes as much as we do.
