We LOVE IT!We are pet, kid and tailgate friendly. Please keep pets off beds.This RV "Ruby" is a diesel. If you fill her with regular gasoline, you will be charged for all damages. If you accidentally start to fill with regular, do not turn on engine. Get towed to the nearest dealership for a drain asap.NO SMOKING or vaping. Smoking will incur a $1500 cleaning fee.Please be sure to return the RV in the same state it was given; clean, no dishes, swept, full take of gas, propane filled, grey & black water tanks empty. If you don’t want to hassle with emptying tanks, we can do it for you for a fee of $150.

Vehicle Condition
RV was not cleaned from previous renter, propane was empty, tanks partially full. Awning broken, no water from faucet, and house batteries died each night.
