Devin was really easy to communicate with. We set up a time to pick up the trailer. He had it all ready to go. He offered to have it set up, but I've used a tent trailer like his before. So he had it ready to go. I forgot to request the generator, so that was my fault. It was a little chilly at night, so that would have been helpful. But, it's a great trailer. It towed really easily. The mattresses were great and so comfortable. Somersets are nice, and this is a nice trailer.

Our trip was great! Our experience with the owners were great with our initial conversations leading up to our trip. Also, great during the trip and when we dropped the RV back off. They had a very easy to follow laminated instructions for how to set up the pop-up camper and take it back down. After we returned the RV, they did take some of our security deposit for a "cleaning fee". After reaching out to the owners to find out what that was, they mentioned two things that we didn't feel were our responsibility (we believe they were pre-existing conditions). Was hard to determine definitively as we didn't pop-up the camper upon return to inspect it together. Was generally dissatisfied with how it was handled, especially because the amount of our security deposit taken was trivial (so why make it a big deal if it's only a few bucks?). If renting from these owners, be sure to know upfront about any potential cleaning fees and risk of losing security deposit. Also, be very diligent in knowing the condition of the RV prior to driving away with it as well as when dropping it off. Original rating was 5 stars. Now 3 starts because of the whole fiasco about $26 little bucks.

This camper is in great condition and was spotless when we set it up. It was easy to set up and Devin did a great job showing us how to work most of it when we picked it up. We didn’t use it much except to sleep but it has everything you would need for an epic camping trip.

Devin was really fantastic, when we got the RV it was clean and ready to go. He was happy to answer any questions we had and was so wiling to help us out. We had a great time. Set up with also very simple as Devin sent us with a list of instructions that were easy to follow and get done.
