5.0Ben was extremely helpful throughout the entire rental experience. He explained everything clearly, responded immediately to messages, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The trailer itself was in great condition and easy to use. The backup camera was a huge bonus — it streamed live to my vehicle’s console, which made towing much easier and gave me constant visibility of what was behind me. Overall, a fantastic rental experience.
