The Forest River travel trailer is the great getaway for the family and sleeps 5 comfortably. The dining table converts to a bed. The unit has an AC unit which require 30-amp service.Fully set up for you to tow. If you want it delivered feel free to contact me for pricing.If there is no septic dump station on site, you will be charged the dumping fee. With some sites not having dump stations, this changes things for me because now I have to locate a place, drive to this place, and pay the fee for dumping the black and grey tanks on the RV.Please refill the propane tank to avoid feesSmoking in the unit is not allowed. Evidence of smoking including odor, ashes, and/or butts will result in funds being withheld from the deposit.Pleased don’t flush anything down toilet except toilet paper! We expect our camper to come back to us in the same condition as we delivered it if not you will be charged the cleaning fee.Our unit is pet-friendly, and we do not charge any pet fee, however, necessary deep-cleaning due to pet hair, fecal matter, urine, or excessive odor will result in funds being withheld from the security deposit.
