Included IN Price Setup!!!!! Will haul and set up if needed close to me. Linnens silverware are not included at this time. Cant use awning as that is #1 reason for repair on campers. We are active campers and will setup at Deerwood Park Evansdale Iowa, Waterloo / Lost Island Waterpark KOA ResortVery Big Woods Lake Campground George Wyth State Park Black Hawk Park, Dike campground. Can also help with reservations if needed but will need money in hand before reserve. Setups will be in the evening later then 4pm. Im flexable so let me know what your needs are. This is a 34FT so keep that in mind and has a pull out bed/couch that will sleep 2 kids. Nice inside and Price is right!!!Ce qui est inclusFill be filled with water Propane and tested when set up.
