Got a family with a few kids? This is your trailer! On paper, it says it sleeps 10. For comfort, I wouldn’t test that theory. This trailer offers everything you need for that weekend family getaway, trip down the coast or any trip your family wishes to take.Complete with a mini outside fridge and a small griddle for cooking, Dad can grab a cold one while cooking for the family that is nearby. Fully equipped with (cups, plates, pots, pans, utensils and other gadgets), kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven and microwave. TV/Stereo with Bluetooth, A/V and Hdmi connections with speakers inside and outside of the trailer. You won’t be disappointed renting this trailer!Trailer comes complete with a retractable awning with LED lighting, outdoor shower hookup, exterior water hose and on board propane. A smart TV that hangs over the electric fireplace that can be used for ambiance or some general heat without using the trailer heater to heat the entire trailer. Also included a King wifi extender that is simple to use if the original signal is strong enough. Work from the comfort of the trailer without taking time off from work but still enjoy a vacation with your family.Easy setup and tear down with all electric controls except for sewer and water. Hitch will be provided.NO Generator Available!No Delivery unless planned in advance and times/days are flexible.Absolutely NO Burning MAN or Festivals. If renter attends Burning Man with the unit, they will be held legally and financially responsible for violation of contract and all damages and or cleaning fees that may occur.If cleaning is not completed prior to the return of the rental, renter will be charged a cleaning fee starting at $200 and will increase depending how much extra cleaning will need to be done. Always communicative and helpful host

Mike consistently receives praise for his excellent communication, being helpful, and making the pick-up and drop-off processes easy and timely for all renters.

Easy to tow for travel

A renter found it easy to tow with an F150. The trailer is also described as spacious, clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for family trips, often delivered with charged batteries and full water.

Mike is a great host, The trailer worked great for me - we used it for a amateur radio event and it was spacious for the 3 of us who used it. Easy to tow with my '25 F150. Looking forward to renting it next year.

The trailer had all of what we needed, space for all the family and a comfortable and clean unit. Mike was very easy to communicate with and pick up and drop off were easy. Would recommend this rental to any family looking to take a trip.
