This is our family's RV. It is well taken care of. It is short, simple, and easy to drive. We would love to share our RV'ing experience with you and your family.Pickup after 3PM , unless prior arrangement has been made.

Clean interior and exterior of the RV prior to return (return the RV in the same clean condition as it was picked up or be assess a clean fee of $300)
Empty both black and gray tank prior to return (or be assess a fee of $250)
Fill propane and gas tanks to the same level which they were provided (fillup rate of $6/gal-propane & $9/gal-gasoline)
