At night the awning will light up with a track light running down the entire length.The living room is big enough to add a queen size air mattress in the middle of the floor in addition to the master bedroom and pull out sofa, ultimately sleeping 6. 5.0The RV was delivered clean and set up. Julie and Tim are good people. They daily checked up on us to make sure everything was working okay. Highly recommend and if opportunity ever would arise we would rent from them again.
