Résumé de l'évaluation
Responsive, helpful with delivery
Rogelio consistently provides quick, thorough communication, often handling delivery, setup, and offering suggestions. However, one trip was cancelled last-minute due to disputed weather, causing significant disruption.
Clean, well-stocked, advertised accurately
The RV is praised for its consistent cleanliness, matching the listing, and being well-stocked with essential amenities like kitchenware and bedding. Features like AC and hot water function reliably.
