The owners were friendly, kind, and very responsive throughout our rental, which we truly appreciated. Communication was easy, and they were quick to help with any questions. The RV itself, however, shows its age. At ten years old, it’s right at the upper limit of what many RV parks will accept, and it does feel quite outdated inside. There was also a noticeable musty smell that made the space less comfortable. One other concern was a blanket left in the RV with an offensive symbol on it, which didn’t feel appropriate for a rental environment. With some updates, deeper cleaning, and a review of the items provided to guests, this RV could offer a much better experience. The owners’ responsiveness is a real strength, and bringing the RV’s condition up to that same standard would make a big difference.

Eric was terrific tellung is how everything worked, and was on the phone to help with the thing we did not get anyway. We had a great trip in the RV. We slepped 8 people in it, wheach was fine. If it is hooked up the AC kan keep it good. It was under pressure trough 125 degrees in Dead Valley, but thats understanderble😊 It is not new, but a great RV👍

Eric was an excellent host and the RV was exactly what we were looking for! We had a total of 7 guests and we were all able to sleep comfortably in the RV. This RV definitely helped make our EDC trip a great and memorable one!

We rented Eric’s RV for Stagecoach and had an awesome experience! The RV was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, and Eric was super easy to communicate with—responsive, helpful, and flexible. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup for the weekend. Highly recommend!

My husband and I and a couple friends shared this RV for an event at Salton Sea. There were 4 of us in total. There was plenty of room and we didn't feel crowded at all. The interior was "worn" but the camper was clean. I honestly preferred it that way. We ran the generator during the night because one of my friends needed the power and the generator worked perfectly fine. There were a couple small things we let Eric know about that he's going to look into, but nothing outside of the ordinary for a used RV. We also had a thorough walk through in the beginning. When we dropped it off it was super windy and it handled surprisingly well. Overall I would recommend renting this for your next trip!

We got caught in traffic and were stressing about being late since we knew he had plans, he was very understanding and nice about the situation, let us know his goal was that we had a good experience above anything else.
