Monica offers quick responses, detailed instructions for camper features, and is highly flexible with pick-up/drop-off. She provided extra gear like a hitch with sway bars, and even delivered/set up the RV for some guests.

4.0She was very accessible for questions with quick responses. She gave excellent instructions on the camper’s amenities. Monica even let us use her hitch with the sway bars. Super accommodating. My only concern is we emptied the tanks as instructed but the black water still read 2/3 full. I think the sensor is touchy because the tank was emptied. Overall we had a great experience!

5.0Monica is a great host 🤗 She took the time to give a detailed and very much necessary overview of the use of the Camper and had it in perfect shape for us upon arrival. Smooth and seamless!!
