5.0Chris was so incredibly accommodating! This was our first time renting through Outdoorsy and I could not recommend him and his van enough. We had everything we needed, communication was top tier, and the van was great for all of our explorations! We had the best time.

Chris was great to work with, provided videos of how to use everything in the van, and stocked it with everything we needed and more. We were traveling with our one year old and he provided a pac-n-play and thoughtful toys/snacks for our baby. The van drives really easy! We will definitely be recommending Bertha to our friends traveling to CO.
