Adventure Van

We try to keep the rules to a minimum but there a few hard and fast policies we have: 1) Min age is 25 2) Vehicle pick-up/drop-off hours are 9am to 4pm 3) No smoking in cars ($400 min fee) 4) Van can travel on paved roads or country maintained dirt roads. SUVs can go on designated 4x4 roads. No rock crawling 5) No travel to Mexico 6) Unlimited Miles Within Reason (not within reason to drive to California and back in 3 days) 7) We have an “invisible pet policy” which means there is no fee for bringing a pet if there is no evidence an animal was in the vehicle when it is returned. Otherwise we will charge a $150 cleaning fee that comes from your security deposit. 8) Pursuant to the requirements of C.R.S 43-3-302 and C.R.S. 42-4-1209, you (the renter) are liable for payment of any toll evasion violation civil penalties and any parking violation fines incurred during the term of the rental period. 9) Failure to return the vehicle within 72hrs of the due-in date is a felony according to C.R.S. 18-4-402. 10) The following may be charges upon return: cost of repairs or damages deemed to be your responsibility, refill gas, excessive dirtiness, tolls and parking violations 11) No towing a trailer unless authorized by us in advance 12) Return with a full tank of gas
