• Driving & Use Restrictions
Driver Requirements: Must be 25 years or older with a valid, non-temporary driver's license. All drivers must be verified by Outdoorsy before pickup.
Off-Road Use: The 4x4 is for high-clearance access on maintained dirt/forest service roads (e.g., dispersed camping). It is strictly PROHIBITED to drive on rock-crawling trails, deep sand, or any path rated beyond a 3/10 difficulty. Damage incurred from prohibited use is the renter’s responsibility.
Towing: No Towing is permitted under any circumstances.
Prohibited Activities: No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the van.
Fuel: Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of Diesel. Failure to refuel incurs a Refuel Fee of $125.
Systems & Return Policy
Cleaning: The interior must be returned in reasonably tidy condition (dishes washed, trash removed). Excessive dirt or odors will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.
Late Return: Late returns incur a fee of $50/hour after the agreed drop-off time, as this directly impacts the next renter.
By booking, you agree to these terms. We will cover all safety and operations in detail during the 45-minute pickup walkthrough.
