5.0Jean-Claude Van Van kicked butt! I mean, can we expect anything less? After the camper van we had initially reserved months in advance for our honeymoon, was cancelled last minute by the owner without explanation, I was now a bit nervous and irritated. I was extremely busy preparing for our wedding and honeymoon, but Outdoorsy and Catherine came up big for us last minute and I was impressed! The communication and proactive work on our behalf from Outdoorsy, as well as, the quick response and accomodation from Catherine....landed us with this well equipped home away from home as we explored CO & NM. Jean-Claude Van Van would be described as; clean, comfortable, fuel efficient, easy to drive, with a well thought out interior including plenty of storage and all of the basic amenities & necessities. Although it's good to now be home, we do miss the well oiled, eye catching and high flying machine that is Jean-Claude Van Van. Check it out for yourself, if you find yourself looking for such action. - J & T

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
When you're cruising on the road, we have full solar capabilities for electric, and also have a shore power connection if you decide to hook up at a campsite. Our electric capabilities also power a water pump at the sink, where you can refill fresh water, and capture graywater. The van does not have a sewage or drainage hook up.

Any special features that aren't obvious to the naked eye?
R.
Use the lever on the side of each of the captain's chairs up front to swivel toward to back of the van, creating a great space to hang out with friends! The swivel table is also moveable and can be re-anchored between the location below the bed and the location behind the driver's seat; a great option for different remote work or eating setups! The gas valve is located immediately behind the driver's-side window; no need to release the hatch covering the valve.

Can the van fit a standard Pack 'n Play?

Yes! The dimensions of the space under the bed are 48”W x 33”H x 55”D and the width between the two benches right next to the bed is 28”W. Also, there is plenty of space in front of the kitchenette area to fit the pack n’ play if you don’t go the sleeping nook route.
