5We had a few issues at the pickup, and then had an issue where one of the levelling devices was falling off. Thomas was very accepting and never worried. Also, oddly, I lost the keys to RV one day, and panicked. By the time I got in touch with Thomas he had already received a call from someone that moved into the spot we had left and found the key. He was totally cool and kinda laughed. Thanks Thomas for letting us rent the RV.
