Résumé de l'évaluation
Flexible, communicative, and helpful
Lawrence is highly praised for excellent communication, prompt responses, and flexibility with scheduling. He provides detailed instructions, thoughtful amenities, and goes above and beyond, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.
Drives smoothly and easily
Frequently praised for its smooth, low-stress driving, easy handling, and rear-view camera. It's consistently clean, well-maintained, and spacious for families/pets. AC works well; water heater is more efficient with the generator. Minor issues included one flat tire and a temporary generator problem.

5.0Lawrence was great with his instructions, very responsive when we were actually on our trip, and willing to help at every stage. Very appreciative for the cleanliness of the vehicle as well. Great vehicle for a trip into the mountains!

5.0We had a great time renting this RV to explore SW Colorado for a week with our dogs! Having AC was a luxury and had enough space to be comfortable for the 4 of us. The only hiccup was having to call Outdoorsy road side assistance to get a the spire tire put on and water heater was more efficient when hooked up to the generator.
