***Commercial Insurance Included at no cost, save with no per night insurance fees!*****Wireless brake controller included at no cost, save the time and money of having to get one installed!**Popular Rockwood Roo 233s Hybrid Trailer (2010) featuring 3 Queen beds (drop down/pop out style) plus slideout dinette makes for an incredibly spacious interior- plus additional sleeping space on full size sofa, with another twin bed in the dinette area. Technically, this camper can sleep 9 people, but I feel it's more like 8 comfortably.
I am very responsive by text or phone call, so please feel free to contact me with any questions! e: dinette slideout, A/C, heat, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, fridge/freezer, fully stocked kitchen (with service for 6, pots, pans, bowls, knives, cutting boards, can opener, french press, teapot, coffee maker, toaster etc), enclosed bathroom w/ toilet, sink & shower. Heated mattresses plus foam toppers ensure a comfortable night's sleep. No awning use is allowed due to repeated damage.We've already outfitted the camper with everything that we could think of to make it like a roaming hotel room. Added touches include: foam toppers for beds, outdoor grill with tools, first aid kit, outdoor game, broom, floor mats, trash can, trash bags, disposable cups/plates/cutlery and a fully stocked kitchen including drying rack. Plus there is still tons of space for everything else YOU want to bring.Options:
*If you don't want to tow it, delivery & setup offered at an addition cost w/in 30 miles and I'm happy to do it. $250 charge (includes delivery, set up and tear down)
*Generator available for additional cost

I have my own independent insurance agency and also share 5 cars on the "AirBnB of cars" called Turo [URL removed] I like using my flexible work schedule to accommodate the sharing my cars and camper. We love going into nature, but still having creature comforts of heated mattresses, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, games and more on board our camper. Highlights of our favorite camping trips are: California, Yellowstone, Moab UT as well as closer to home CO destinations of Dillon Lake, Estes Park, Cheyenne Mountain, Boyd Lake. One of the things we love most about our camper is the space-3 queens beds that don't take up floor space has changed our camping experience. Instead of stuff and people on top of each other, we have room to spread out!
