Meet Dixie! You are looking at a Dynamax DX3 39' Super C bunk house! This beauty is powered by a Cummins 8.9L Diesel engine. This super-c is very easy to drive and handles the road like a champ! Yes it's big and tall but hands down drives better than a class A bus. Need to tow something? Not a problem you wont even know its behind you! This rig is decked out with all the modern features you will enjoy! Blue Ray DVD, 3 Smart TV's, (living room, bed room, and outside) Bunk Beds with TV/dvd player in each bunk, surround sound audio, granite counter tops, residential faucets, full size fridge/ freezer with ice maker/ 3 burner cook top, convection microwave, RV King bed, sleeper sofa, dinette makes a bed, sleeps 6 adults and 1 kid at dinette. Lots of storage, electric auto awning, LED lights, large outside storage, electric power and water hose reals.Minimum age requirement to rent this units is 30 years of age and over! Unless you have a valid CDL driver license, you can rent under the age of 30 on approval.This is a NON Smoking unit! If smoked in you will be charged the full deposit of $1500!Pick up time is at 11:00 AM unless approved prior based on availability.
Return time is by 4:00 PM unless prior approval is given. A late fee of $50 per hour will be charged for unapproved late returns up to a full nights rental amount of $375.00 plus a $100 fee.

ON REQUEST: Bedding and pillows can be provided at your request for no additional charge!
