Refrigerator with freezer, under cabinet coffee maker, 18 ft fabric awning, 5 window awnings, dual pane windows, sunscreens on windows, monitor system for water-propane-waste, stabilizer shocks, roof mounted dish/tv antenna, heated basement, rear vision camera, 80 gallon water tank, 80 gallon grey/black water tank, and stocked with cooking pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware.The Boomer has a bathroom, full size closets, cabinets, shower , and toilet. The bedroom has bed lights, side cabinets, and furnished sheets, blankets and towels. Everything is sterilized before and after rental.
