GAS SERVICE FEE- If gas tank not returned full, there is a $25 service fee plus the cost of the gas deducted from security deposit
NO PETS - if rule is violated, the entire security deposit will be forfeited
NO SMOKING in RV - if rule violated, the entire security deposit will be forfeited
SPEED - You should not exceed 60 mph
AWNING- Renter is responsible to retract power awning when leaving the RV unoccupied or in inclement weather (rain, winds).
Renter agrees NOT to leave RV unattended with awning extended for long periods of time or overnight- as the weather can quickly
change and rains/winds can damage the awning.
TIRES - renter is responsible for checking tire pressure and/or maintaining tires during rental period
