Auto-leveling, led-lit awning over outdoor TV, two slide-outs, 8 seat belts. Super comfortable King bed with 3-inch memory foam mattress topper. Bunk bed (2 twins), 3 full beds (sofa, dining-conversion, and over captains chairs). Four total TVs with local digital antenna. 2 DVD players + Roku for WiFi sites. Full-size fridge, microwave, propane oven/stove top. Tons of storage underneath for at least 3 children kayaks, firewood, chairs, etc. Back-up and side cameras. Most KOAs and campgrounds have their own firepits, and some do not allow you to bring your own wood. Verify with campgrounds. If you are boondocking (camping without a hookup) we have a generator that can power the RV with AC/Heat. Spring and Fall camping normally does not need the generator to run all night. Lots of booking options available including extra Weber/Blackstone that hooks to propane, bike rack, solo bonfire firepit, and 3 kids' kayaks. If the RV is booked during your proposed trip, contact me to discuss and we may be able to change our own plans to accommodate yours.Rental Details:

RecommandationsRecommend you bring the following:
For Maryland renters, you do not need a special license to drive a Class A (it's only 21000 lbs). The RV is 33 feet long (good to know when booking a site). From Maryland, we've loved our trips to New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest, NY City's Liberty Harbor RV Park on Jersey-side (Ferry right into the city or to the Statue of Liberty!), Gettysburg KOA (Audio tour is awesome), Niagara Falls KOA (Maid in the Mist Rocked!), Hershey Park, Busch Gardens, Delaware Seashore State Park (walk to the beach), DE Henlopen State Park, West Virginia's Monongahela National Forest, and WV Blackwater State Park.
If you've never been in an RV before, we always recommend you try and plan your drives to arrive at your next site by 4PM or so - that way you get time to set-up, get dinner going, and enjoy a fire. We also recommend you add 1 hour onto a 6-7 hour drive as estimated in Google Maps or Waze. Also, verify the route you're taking doesn't use roads with bridges less than 12.5 feet tall. All Interstates (e.g. I-95) where trucks travel are 14 feet or higher.Recommend you bring:
Favorite pillows/blankets
Outdoor foldable chairs
Firewood (if permitted at your campsite)
Indoor and outdoor games
Towels
Pillows/blankets
Food and water
Extra RV-approved toilet paper
Extra trash bags
Chargers
Bike rack for tow hitch
Flashlights or lanterns
For sites without picnic tables/firepits, we recommend you bring your own fold-up table and/or portable firepit. Most KOAs and parks provide a picnic table and firpit. Verify before you go.
Recommend if bringing a dog: Bring a fold-up crate for when they're left in the RV; bring a leash that can attach into the ground for outside, and bring two extra blankets to cover the dinette/sofa if the dog sits on the couch/seats; Almost every site we've visited requires dogs to be on leashes
If stringing your trip together across camp sites, try using Hip Camp, Harvest Hosts, or contacting local Walmarts/Wineries/Breweries before visiting an area. Many will allow you to boondock or stay overnight for a small or zero fee.
Autres points à signaler$0.45 per extra mile over 100 included miles
$3.00 per extra hour of generator use over 4 included hours
$75 charge of non-emptied waste tanks upon return
Blackstone and Weber grills available for extra $5/day (note they take up space for storage)
Solo Bonfire Stove available for extra $5/day
Kids Kayaks available for extra $30/trip (Note: these take up most of the main storage pay)
Bike rack available for extra $30/trip.
King bedding (blanket, pillows) provided upon request

Q.How do you get rid of trash?
R.
Most KOAs allow you to set your bags outside the RV at night to be picked up. Parks will have a central place to dump trash. Sometimes, if boondocking, we store trash in one separate compartment under the RV and dump at home or a legal spot.

Q.Is it difficult to drive a Class A?
R.
My first experience: When I returned home to my SUV I thought I was sitting on the ground! It's not hard at all because you're so close to the front and side. Patience is a virtue - sometimes you need to wait for people to move out of the way to take a wide turn or move into a gas station. You also need to keep an eye out for low-hanging trees in parking lots or neighborhoods. Other than that - just follow a truck in front of you!

Q.Best Trip Yet?
R.
Most epic short trip: 5 days - Niagara + Gettysburg Most relaxing: 3 days - DE Seashore State Park Most informative and stimulating: 3 days - NYC Liberty RV Park Most beautiful: - 7 days - NH White Mountain National Forest Most epic long trip: 8 days Houston > Fort Worth, TX > Hot Springs, AK > Pigeon Forge, TN > Shenandoah Luray Caverns

Q.What kind of site should I book?
R.
We've found that KOAs typically have spots available all year, but state parks and federal parks book 6-12 months in advance by seasoned RVers. Find an RV camp that allows Class A 33 foot RVs with a 30 or 50 AMP hookup. Our RV does allow for you to convert down to a 30AMP hookup if needed. You don't need a full-hookup site or even an electrical hookup if you're staying at a park. The generator will last all day and night, and the water tanks will hold up to 3 days of waste or more.
