3.0This was my 1st time renting an Rv. My RV experience was below my expectations, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing one. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I could barely sleep. The black water drain valve was faulty. It wouldn’t close properly, and I ended up getting some wastewater on my clothes and shoes, which left them smelling like sewage. The air conditioner was also very noisy and didn’t cool the RV well enough. Maybe the Florida heat was part of the problem, but the constant noise made it very difficult to sleep at night.

5.0Great communication. Everything was as it shows in the pictures. Wish we would have realized the propane runs the generator or we would have filled up. Regardless we had a great time and would rent again!
