Towels, bedding, shampoo/conditioner, bodywash, dish soap & sponges, laundry detergent, Keurig, K cups, bottled water, light snacks, paper goods, paper towels, dishes, glasses & mugs, cookware, utensils, seasonings, trash bags, dog treats, basic first aid items, outdoor rug , outdoor chairs, 2 outdoor tables, griddle & more are all included in nightly rate. We are pet friendly & do not charge a pet fee, linen fee or a cleaning fee.The main bedroom has a king size bed, closet, dresser, 2 built-in side tables, large mirror & washer/dryer combo. Outside the main bedroom is the main bathroom with 2 sinks, extended counter & oversized mirror, cabinets & built-in shelving, toilet & shower.On the opposite end is the kids suite, with a queen short bed on the lower level & a double mattress in the loft on the upper level. There is a built-in closet & side table on the lower level, & up the stairs in the loft is a space for a gaming console & space for 1 or 2 more to sleep. The suite also has a 1/2 bath with sink, lower cabinet, medicine cabinet & toilet.Kitchen & main living space has a full-sized fridge, gas stove with 3 burners, large smart TV, cabinets, 2 recliners, dinette that seats 4 (& turns into a bed), fireplace & a full-sized pantry. Beautiful glass pendant lights hang over the island, directly above the stainless steel farm sink. Plenty of cabinets & outlets. Double trash receptacle is built-in the island.You'll also enjoy the game cabinet: children's books, dominos, deck of cards, checkers, LCR card game, Popdarts & dice.There's a small beverage fridge outside w/ a griddle, 7 outdoor chairs (4 adult sized & 3 kid sized), outdoor rug, (1) 4 ft folding table & (1) 6ft table w/ tablecloth, a drying rack for clothes/towels, a bug zapper & 2 citronella candles. There's also 2 TV trays.The RV will be delivered to your location sparkling clean & fully stocked. We level it, push out the slides & open the awnings, turn on the a/c & lights, hook up the electricity, water & septic, set up tables & chairs outside, & will go over anything with you if needed. When it's time for you to head home, just pack your personal belongings! We pick it up, unhook everything & empty the tanks, do the laundry, clean & restock.*Personal Recommendations: We recommend 4-6 people MAX in the RV for the sake of comfort. It starts to feel very cramped with more people than that if you're cooking or want everyone eat together indoors. If you plan to eat outside or eat at restaurants & don't plan to spend a lot of time in the RV other than sleeping, then you can decide how many of your loved ones to bring along with you! :)Can sleep 4 ppl like this if everyone wants their own bed:

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
The control panel right inside the front door. This operates the lights, awnings, slides & tell you if the tanks are filling up. We will go over this with you at the drop-off time. There's also a book in the RV that gives step by step directions. There are two thermostats, one right inside the front door & in the master bedroom. You will not be repsonsible for emptying the black & gray tanks. Electric, water & sewer will be set up for you before you arrive if your campsite has full hookups.

What size space should I reserve? How many amps?
R.
The bigger the slace, the better, but needs to at least accomodate a 41-ft. rig. . A longer space allows more room for vehicles, bikes, outside tables & chairs, etc. A 50amp space is required for both a/c units to work at the same time (HIGHLY recommended year round in FL!) If you book a 30amp space, only 1 a/c unit will run at a time.

How do the electric, water & sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
We will have the electric, water & sewer set up for you before you arrive. We'll also empty all the tanks & disconnect the electric when we pick-up the RV. You will not be responsible for setting anything up or emptying any tanks. The RV must run on 50amps for both a/c units to function. Please keep this in mind when booking a site. A 30amp site will only run one a/c unit. We can accomodate a 30amp or 50amp set-up. You do not need to provide any converters.
