Not only did Mr. Masso answer all our questions and concerns before our trip, he was a most pleasant gentleman when delivering, setting up and picking up the RV. Always prompt and professional. In fact his gorgeous RV was stocked with all brand new extras, silverware, dishes, sheets, pillows, etc. In addition, Outdoorsy was an easy to use site from reservation to return.
