Crystal quickly responded to emails, and went above and beyond by delivering new keys after they were lost and helping when locked out. Owners ensured a comfortable rental process and RV function.
Clean, well-maintained, and equipped
Guests reported the trailer was very nice, clean, and in working order. It came with everything needed for a comfortable vacation, including a bed and bathroom, as promised.

5.0Everything was as promised with the RV. Owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the rental process and the function of the RV. We will be using them every year when we travel to Oregon.

5.0Rod and Amber were great to work with. Communication was prompt and helpful. We even lost the keys, and Crystal brought a new set of keys to us on a coiled bracelet that I wore on my wrist the rest of the stay. We were attending a family reunion in a state park and didn't want to tent. It was the first time we'd rented a trailer and ended up being so happy to have a bed and bathroom that were just for us...and no set up!
