We LOVE our RV - and the Kootenays is one of the best places in Canada to explore. From Cranbrook to Kimberley ...to Nelson and all the way up to Lake Louise! This is truly a plug and play RV - trust us, we did not know much when we bought this! We will make sure you understand how to do everything - from plugging it in, to driving itAutres points à signaler1. Smoking is not allowed in the RV.
2. Small pets will considered on a case per case basis.
3. No gravel/dirt roads allowed.
4. Walk thru of unit to explain features before you drive away!

Promptly communicative and helpful
Michael consistently provides quick answers to questions, is very helpful, and proactively resolved issues like bringing a new AC unit. However, he also initiated two booking cancellations.
Easy to drive and park
Guests found the RV easy to drive and park, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen necessities and bedding. It is clean and in great shape, but some minor issues like a fridge odour, non-functional blind, and missing gas cap were noted.

5.0The RV was fairly easy to drive and very comfortable inside. The RV sleeps 5 but it was just my wife Andrea and our dog Petey exploring the Kootenay’s and the Banff area. Michael has the RV well stocked with most necessities available in the kitchen area and bedding supplied. Michael was a very good at answering any questions that I sent his way. Michael was very quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely recommend renting the RV from Michael, and I will probably rent it in 2026. Keith.
