This camper is stocked and ready for your adventure! It comes with linens, towels, soap, shampoo, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, french press, salt/pepper, oil, 2 camp chairs, toilet paper/paper towels, etc. All you need to do is bring your groceries and yourself and you’re good to go! The layout in this Cub is conducive to an easy going and relaxing trip including lots of storage for your items, a slide-out living area, three way refrigerator, conventional microwave, double burner stove, large kitchen sink, furnace, 30 amp A/C/heater, TV/DVD/bluetooth with dual zone audio, outdoor awning and TV mount, spacious bathroom with lots of cabinet storage, toilet, and sink. There is a queen bed with additional storage underneath, and a full sized futon couch already padded with comfort.We expect the camper to be returned in the same condition that it left. This means tanks emptied, propane full, everything wiped down, floors swept, sheets and towels in hamper and outside cleaned (it doesn't need to be spotless just not filthy). Otherwise there will be a $50 cleaning fee. If tanks are not emptied there will be a separate $60 fee. If propane is not filled there will be a $30 fee. If all of these are done there will be no fee.
The trailer comes equipped with one marine battery and a 30 to 15 amp adapter to bottle neck down to a normal 110 outlet, included is a 50ft 15 amp extension cord and a 10ft 30 amp plug lead for regular RV hookups. If the trailer comes back dead it can be plugged in at home.
* If you plan on enjoying some rural nature, I.e you're not planning on plugging in, then the TV, microwave, AC as well as the 110V outlets will not be usable. There are 2 dual 12V inverted USB outlets to charge from.
