Our floor plan is versatile for a single family or a few friends offering several sleeping arrangements. The queen bed has an added 3” foam mattress topper for a more relaxing nights sleep. The bunk beds are decent size, each able to accommodate a single adult or two kids if needed and have always been covered when in use keeping them clean and plush. The dinette that converts to a bed in the slide out has rarely been used so cushions are still plump and offer a comfortable bed space. The couch that converts to a bed will comfortably sleep two adults and is a comfortable option for your group. The TV is user friendly and with a simple hookup can have cable connected from any site offering it. The bathroom has the extended shower curtain for added privacy and a little less body cling. All appliances are in perfect working condition and there is plenty of storage for you to tuck away your belongings. The outside kitchen is the perfect addition to enjoy the great outdoors during your trip. Make your coffee in the K Cup coffee maker, grab a beer from the outside fridge, and do all your stovetop cooking on the exterior burners for easier cleanup under the awning lights while listening to the exterior sound speakers. An outside sink and even outside shower offer lots of convenience, especially while beach camping.Let us be part of your experience. We can take the load off (literally!) and tow it for you to your reserved spot and set it up for your arrival with a delivery fee. As of now we are only offering delivery.Ce qui est inclusWe will provide pillows, clean sheets, and a clean comforter for the RV sized queen in the front bedroom. 4 pillows to accommodate other sleeping spaces will be supplied as well.The kitchen space will come equipped with a cupboard of basic pots and pans, a cutting board and measuring cup, along with a set of silverware, two sharp knives, and basic cooking/baking utensils, including a can opener and corkscrew. Another kitchen drawer has tin foil, press n’seal, and two sizes of ziploc bags for your convenience. Two kitchen towels are supplied in the sealed laundry bags, and a set of potholders and oven mitt are provided. Dish soap and a brush can be found stored in the sink for your use. The freezer will include 4 ice trays if buying bags of ice isn’t your style.The bathroom will come stocked with hand soap, toilet paper, Kleenex, and RV black tank drop ins to use. 4 Bath towels, along with 2 hand towels for the bathroom will be supplied clean in the sealed laundry bag.1LED lantern has been stored in the inside closet, along with a basic picnic tablecloth to use outdoors. The outside storage space has 3 camp chairs for your use, along with 4 metal s’more sticks to help create those campfire memories!The outside kitchen is equipped with a single cup coffee maker and disposable hot cups for your use.In addition, all necessary hoses, cables, and dumping supplies will be available for you in the back storage area as well as a set of leveling blocks and X chocks to help stabilize the unit while setting up.Our expertise is included too! If you plan on towing the trailer yourself allow us to help confirm you have the right hitch and set at the correct height. We can provide a hitch if you don’t already have one, and highly recommend using the weight distribution/sway bars as well. Our trailer back up camera and trailer brake (required on your tow vehicle) are also available and we will help you get them properly set up and synched with the towing vehicle prior to your departure.
