Beach Camping is allowed. Very nice, very clean and well maintained camper Light weight 2360 lbs dry weight an easy tow. 2 burner stove kitchen sink bathroom toilet and shower. New 24inch wifi internet flat screen tv with wifi sound bar. Nice AM FM stereo with great speakers. Power awning with led lights. Always rents with safe drinking water hose with pressure regulator, grey/black water dump line, tool kit main power cord and extra electrical cords. Broom dustpan and basic cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. Single battery and two 20lb propane tanks we can provide additional propane tanks as needed. Heavy duty hitch with sway bars, and wireless brake controller if you need it. We hitch you up and walk you through all functions of the camper. All necessary trailer accessories, Main electrical cord and extra electrical cords, 50 ft safe water drinking hose, grey/black water dump line, stabilizer jack crank manual and cordless drill for easy jack placement, and a basic tool kit, two full 20 lb propane tanks. Broom dustpan and basic cleaning supplies for interior, dish soap, pump hand soap, bath soap and shampoo swifter, toilet paper and paper towels. Camper can be fitted with bumper rack that we supply for extra cargo space.
