Unstable at highway speeds
The van shakes above 65 mph and rattles at 70 mph, making highway travel difficult due to alignment/tire issues. It also has minor defects. Despite this, guests found it clean, easy to drive/park, well-insulated, and well-equipped with amenities like Apple CarPlay.

3.0Host was nice. The van was ok at best. The van had small defects/breaks and scrapes from previous users and weren't fixed. The major issue I had was that the alignment or tires were in bad condition. The van shakes above 65 miles per hour and rattles really bad at 70 (which made highway travel miserable). I wished that the host would have put that in the description and I would not have rented it. I would wait until this is fixed before renting.

5.0Amazing trip! The van was perfect for our trip to Big Sur, SF, and Mendocino for a wedding weekend. We'd rent for Jia again and highly recommend those interested in trying out the Van life with Jia's vans. The van had everything you needed from the extra bed mattress cushions, Apple Carplay, and Bug Netting.
