5.0The Airstream came exactly as listed and Tinno walked us through how everything worked in addition to providing all of the necessary equipment (hitch, brake controller, etc.) to tow the trailer. If you're new to towing an RV, I highly recommend renting from Tinno as you'll learn a lot of the basics through renting from him and he keeps his fleet well-maintained. The pre- and post-rental support we received from Tinno was great. We plan to rent from him again in the future!
