0Do not rent through Tinno, he does not have an integrity based system to return customers deposits fairly. We rented a trailer that leaked on all the beds and floor in the rain. We took great care of it and mopped it multiple times a day. He charged us a deep cleaning fee for our pet, which we had discussed in advance and there was no fee for it. But mostly, he charged us for a scratch that we did not create. Almost 1,000 dollars. It actually feels like fraud, and it is my understanding this is very consistent behavior on his part. Renting with tinno means, including most of your deposit with the rental fee. You’ve been warned!
